Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using PULSE Gym's services and facilities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a member or using any of PULSE Gym's facilities, services, or digital platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and PULSE Gym ("PULSE," "we," "us," or "our"), a fitness establishment located in Lagos, Nigeria.

2. Membership

Membership at PULSE Gym is available to individuals aged 16 and above. Members under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form before being granted access to the facility.

• Each membership is personal and non-transferable.
• Members must present valid identification upon registration.
• A valid membership plan must be active to access gym facilities.
• Membership plans include: 1 Week (₦5,000), 2 Weeks (₦8,000), and 1 Month (₦15,000).
• Members are required to check in upon each visit using their member ID or the digital portal.
• PULSE reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at its sole discretion.

3. Payment & Refunds

All membership fees must be paid in full before or at the start of the membership period. We accept bank transfers, and members must upload proof of payment via the member portal.

• Fees are non-refundable once a membership period has commenced.
• PULSE reserves the right to adjust pricing with at least 14 days' notice to existing members.
• Failed or fraudulent payments may result in immediate suspension of access.
• Members who wish to upgrade their plan mid-cycle may do so by paying the difference to the admin.
• No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a membership period.

4. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while on PULSE premises. The following rules apply:

• Appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe athletic shoes must be worn at all times in the gym area.
• Equipment must be wiped down after each use.
• Weights and equipment must be returned to their designated areas after use.
• Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.
• The use of illegal substances on PULSE premises is strictly prohibited.
• Personal trainers not affiliated with PULSE are not permitted to conduct sessions on our premises.
• Photography and videography are permitted for personal use only and must not disturb other members.

5. Liability

Members use PULSE Gym's facilities and equipment at their own risk. PULSE Gym shall not be held liable for:

• Any injury, illness, or health condition arising from the use of gym equipment or participation in classes.
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property left on the premises.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Members with pre-existing medical conditions are strongly advised to consult a physician before commencing any exercise program. PULSE recommends that all new members undergo a basic fitness assessment with our staff.

6. Termination

PULSE Gym reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any of these Terms of Service.
• Engaging in conduct that endangers the safety or well-being of staff or other members.
• Damage or destruction of gym property.
• Non-payment or fraudulent payment of membership fees.
• Any behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful by management.

In the event of termination by PULSE, no refund of membership fees will be provided.

7. Changes to Terms

PULSE Gym reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated to members via email, WhatsApp, or through our digital platforms. Continued use of PULSE's services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We encourage members to review these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revisions were made.
